How are our services affected
We are open and accepting applications. Our team are all currently working from home in line with government guidelines. Due to our team working from home, please note that from time to time you may hear background noise that you usually wouldn’t hear. All of our lenders are also currently working from home, with this in mind, decisions and also payouts can take a little bit longer. But please assure we are working to get you your vehicle as quick as possible.
Can I still buy a vehicle as I thought dealerships were closed?
Dealerships around the UK have adjusted to make sure they can open during the pandemic and are operating either a click and collect or a delivery service.
Even though you cant physically inspect the vehicle, dealerships are offering more in depth photos and videos and walkthroughs.
Please rest assure that buying a vehicle before you have seen it in the flesh is completely safe. If the vehicle is not up to your standard when it’s delivered or when you collect, you can refuse the purchase. If you have take the vehicle, you have 14 days to change your mind under distance selling regulation.
I already have taken finance with you and I’m struggling with repayments
As we are only a broker and not a lender, we don’t actually lend any money, we arrange the finance between you and the lender. We keep a record of every paid out deal so we can help you get in touch with your lender.
